It was recently brought to our attention that the language file downloads were not working. Investigation has revealed that a recent file structure change at SourceForge was the cause of the problem. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

Our latest template, sinab, has been submitted by jan from over at spacezone.de This template was designed to work with any browser, screen size and resolution. No graphics and only the most import Pivot snippets have been used.

The move to the new server is complete. We have had a quick look around and everything seems to be working as it is supposed to be. Please let us know if you find anything that is broken.

Lars Egelund has provided the Pivot community with a Danish (UTF8) translation of the Pivot language file! Thank you, Lars, for making Pivot available to the Danish people!

Pivot Styles now hosts thirty-one translations of the Pivot language file. These language files are now maintained in a single location by the Pivot Team. The download links have been updated to point to these files. Changelog information is now also available for each file through the [view changelog] link found on each file's details page.

Available languages now include: Bulgarian, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Czech, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, Frisian, German, Greek, Icelandic, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Latvian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Slovensky, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish and Vietnamese. Updates to the listed files or new language submissions can be sent to pvl@pivotlog.net.

A discussion mailing list has been created specifically for Pivot language file discussion. Translators are encouraged to join this list and post any questions they have to it. The Pivot Team will use this list no notify translators before each public release of Pivot so that language files can be updated before they are actually needed by the community.
